A WWE star’s first televised match in almost a year has been officially announced for next week after their recent return from injury.
NXT star Sol Ruca made her return to the show at the NXT Roadblock special episode of the show last week.
Ruca had been out of action for 11 months with a torn ACL she suffered back in April of last year.
Her most recent match on NXT television took place against Tiffany Stratton on April 11, 2023.
Ruca made her return to the ring against Wren Sinclair on this week’s NXT Level Up show, but her official television return match has now been announced.
On this week’s NXT show, Ruca appeared in a backstage segment with Karmen Petrovic and Brinley Reece, with a match between Ruca and Reece seemingly being set up.
WWE has now announced that the match between Ruca and Reece will take place on next week’s episode of NXT.
THIS TUESDAY on #WWENXT @SolRucaWWE will go head-to-head with @brinleyreecewwe!
