5. Tape The Show BEFORE SmackDown Live
It has been a disadvantage of the show since the first episode to have it air right after SmackDown Live. Most of the live crowd has grown tired after having watched all of SmackDown Live and any other shows WWE tapes beforehand such as the Mixed Match Challenge. This has led to many episodes of 205 Live occurring before live crowds where half or more of the audience has already left. It is always difficult to get invested in watching a show that the live audience does not care enough about to stay and watch it so why not change the start time from after SmackDown Live to before SmackDown Live. WWE may have to shuffle their broadcast schedule around to make it work but it would allow the show to be filmed before a hot crowd rather than a tired one.
