Sami Beats Roman At WrestleMania
There isn’t a wrestling fan alive right now who wouldn’t give all their earthly possessions to see Sami Zayn beat Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania.
Keep your Codys, Keep your the Rocks; this is Sami Uso’s time and you know it.
It’s unlikely, but the sense of total satisfaction we would feel seeing Sami raise both belts overhead in his very own Daniel Bryan moment is difficult to describe.
Honestly, what makes this so compelling is the fact that WWE has done everything in their power to convince us that this is how the story should end.
This isn’t one of those things wrestling fans are constantly guilty of, where they fantasy book Mustafa Ali squashing Brock Lesnar based on nothing and then become incandescent with rage when it doesn’t happen.
This is the story they’re telling! You can see it, on the TV, with your own eyes! Surely we should be gearing ourselves up for this to happen; they’re all but telling us that it will!
But you know what they say; it’s the hope that kills you.
