6. A Generally More Relaxed Environment
You’ve probably heard the phrase ‘walking on eggshells’ associated with the backstage environment in WWE under Vince McMahon.
There was always a feeling among people that if you put one step wrong, Vince might just be having a bad day, get mad, and fire you.
The recent NBC article about what Vince has been doing since his departure made a specific point to mention that there’s no more of that hot-headedness putting people’s jobs at risk, and if anyone’s underperforming, there’s some proper progress tracking in place to figure things out.
Even without reports like that outright saying it though, if you’ve seen any WWE content of late, particularly online stuff, you can just tell everyone’s having more fun, even off-screen.
