WWE/AEW
Two AEW stars may be on their way out of the company, with the likelihood that they could reunite with their brother in WWE.
Last seen on Collision in June and July, respectively, Rush and Dralistico have shared hints of their future on social media.
For Dralistico, he has been under an AEW contract since November 2023, having signed a four-year deal, while Rush has been signed since 2022.
Their futures could see them part ways with AEW, with WWE as a possible landing spot, reuniting them with their brother:
Rush & Dralistico in AEW
For Rush, he is a former ROH World Tag Team Champion, although is yet to see similar success in AEW. The star was sidelined with a torn hamstring in early 2024, suffered during the Continental Classic.
Dralistico is yet to hold a title in AEW or ROH and has seen absence, too, having undergone surgery in December of last year.
The social media posts
For Rush, his post would arguably be the more vague of the two, with the AEW star tweeting:
“See you 2027 🔥👊🏿”
The post would be accompanied by a photo of Rush, looking ready to go in his ring gear.
Dralistico would seemingly be much more to the point with his own post on X, sharing a photo of the star behind bars and in handcuffs alongside the caption:
“Maybe not for long?”
The tone of the post echoes Rey Fenix, who described reports that his AEW situation was “ugly” and a “huge injustice” as “most accurate”, later revealing that his requests for a doctor had been ignored “for months“.
It was recently reported that Dralistico’s AEW contract is set to expire, with Dragon Lee’s WWE deal also coming up “fairly soon“.

WWE bound?
For WWE, adding two experienced Mexican stars to the roster seems like a slam dunk, particularly with the investment in AAA and its talent.
With both Dralistico and Dragon Lee’s deals both expiring in the near future, there’s the possibility that the stars will depart AEW and WWE, respectively, seeking opportunity elsewhere. For Dragon Lee, he competed in a single AEW match in August 2022, signing with WWE later that year.
Back in July 2023, Rush stated he was “100% AEW“, having had interest from WWE previously.
Both brothers of Dragon Lee, it would be easy to see an opportunity to bring them together in WWE, particularly over in AAA as a starting point, assuming that a suitable deal was forthcoming.
Dragon Lee to AEW
If AEW can reintroduce Rush and Dralistico in a meaningful way, there’s every possibility that their future continues under Tony Khan.
Adding Dragon Lee to that mix would be as good of an idea as bringing Rush and Dralistico to WWE, assuming, of course, that plans would be in place to position them accordingly.
All three brothers united under one company could see them as contenders for the AEW World Trios Championship, injecting something new into the title and its contendership.
Two sides of the same coin
Wherever Rush, Dralistico and Dragon Lee end up, whether it be AEW or WWE, there’s the question of how best to use the stars in a stacked roster belonging to either company.
Promises can be made, visions can be laid out, but the reality comes when creative gets down to the delivery of whatever story is needed at the time, and plans can, and do, change.
It could be argued that, for any star looking at where their fortunes will be best served, it is down to the flip of a coin when it comes to all things creative.
