Similar situation to Maxxine except I have Scarlett one spot abover her, due to Scarlett having had actual matches before, albeit outside of WWE.
Scarlett was never used as a wrestler with Karrion Kross in NXT either, but her being joined with a top heel on SmackDown makes her a more featured star, so in that aspect she’s above Maxxine for now.
