With SummerSlam 2023 now in the rearview mirror, it’s time to look ahead to WWE’s next premium live event – Payback on September 2.
This is our predicted card for Payback, which we’ll be constantly updating all the way up to the event.
Here’s how things stand after the August 21 episode of Raw…
LA Knight vs. The Miz
It’s a certainty that Knight vs Miz will happen, it’s just a question of whether it’ll be on TV or at a premium live event (or maybe even both).
I’ve gone for it here – if it was gonna happen on TV, it would have happened by now, so they’re quite clearly just passing time until Payback.
A good win for LA Knight to continue his rise and boost him to whatever’s next.
Also seeing him help Akira Tozawa beat Miz was great, because Tozawa is great. More Tozawa on Raw please.
