What will be this year’s AEW Blood & Guts Match: Which stars will step inside the two-ring steel cage?

On Wednesday, November 4, All Elite Wrestling will present this year’s Blood and Guts event.

With the titular stipulation, there will be stars who walk into the two-ring steel cage match and go to war to settle the score with a rival group.

Locking some of the biggest names on the AEW roster inside the steel, Blood and Guts could see some noteworthy feuds coming to an end in Jacksonville, Florida.

Here are three options for this year’s AEW Blood and Guts Match.

The Dogs (David Finlay & Clark Connors) & Death Riders (Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta & Daniel Garcia) vs. Bang Bang Gang (Jay White, Juice Robinson, Ace Austin & The Gunns)

At AEW All Out 2026 Tailgate Brawl, The Bang Bang Gang defeated The Dogs and Death Riders in a eight-man tornado tag team match.

This win proved to one of the biggest that The Bang Bang Gang has scored against the united forces of Death Riders and The Dogs.

Now, Jay White, Juice Robinson, Ace Austin and The Gunns might want to put their rivals behind them, but it feels like The Dogs and Death Riders will be looking for revenge.

Wanting to prove themselves in this stipulation, The Bang Bang Gang could firmly establish themselves with a victory in the Men’s Blood and Guts.

Willow Nightingale, Kris Statlander, Queen Aminata, Mina Shirakawa, Dani Luna & The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter & Alex Windsor vs. Mercedes Monè, Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Julia Hart & Skye Blue), Dr. Britt Baker DMD, Persephone & Marina Shafir

In 2025, All Elite Wrestling held their first Women’s Blood and Guts Match, allowing the ladies on the roster the freedom to battle inside the two-ring steel cage.

Despite some criticism last year, it feels like AEW will once again look to mash up different rivalries in the women’s division to create the field for the titular match.

Mercedes Monè leading her own team alongside Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D., Persephone, Marina Shafir and Triangle Of Madness to go against a barrage of her different enemies.

Willow Nightingale feels like a fitting leader for the babyface side where she can be joined by The Brawling Birds, Kris Statlander, Mina Shirakawa, Queen Aminata and the newest AEW signing, Dani Luna to go to war with Mercedes’ unit in Jacksonville.

United Empire (Will Ospreay, Andrade El Idolo, Speedball Mike Bailey, Francesco Akira, HENARE & Callum Newman) vs. The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, Daniel Garcia, Wheeler Yuta & Gabe Kidd)

Following AEW All In London 2026, AEW World Champion Will Ospreay vowed to bring United Empire to the company.

Over the past month, United Empire has been going at it with The Death Riders at every turn.

After their involvement in the AEW All Out 2026 main event between Ospreay and Jon Moxley, it would make sense if things came to head between these factions at Blood and Guts in November.

Ospreay being joined by Callum Newman, HENARE, Speedball Mike Bailey, Francesco Akira and Andrade El Idolo would be formidable unit to go head-to-head with The Death Riders at Blood and Guts.
