Winner: Bayley – 44 matches
Interestingly with regards to the women, it is Finn Balor’s Mixed Match Challenge tag team partner Bayley who takes home the prize for having had the most matches. Bayley performed in 44 matches on the main roster last year, including six on pay-per-view. She wrestled on average 0.85 times per week on WWE TV last year.
Second place goes to her other tag team partner, Sasha Banks. “The Boss” worked one less match on WWE TV with 43, with six of the bouts also coming on pay-per-view.
With regards to working the fewest matches, 15 women only wrestled once. Women ranging from NXT stars Dakota Kai and Taynara Conti to legends Ivory and Beth Phoenix all appeared in either the Evolution or WrestleMania battle royals, or the 2018 Women’s Royal Rumble match.
Bayley is also the woman who has had the most main roster matches in 2019 thus far, with 26. She is seven above her Four Horsewoman stablemate Becky Lynch.
