Cesaro made a shock return to NXT at a house show last night to save one time tag partner Kassius Ohno from an Adam Cole beat-down.
Cesaro and Ohno, or Claudio and Chris as they were during their time in Ring of Honor, were two time tag champions in ROH. Their team, the Kings of Wrestling, was one of the most popular and impressive ROH has seen, and prior to Cesaro’s jump to FCW/NXT, the team was one of the most dominant on the indies.
A fan at the show posted a video of the Swiss Superman’s appearance at the show.

This is the latest in a string of main roster talent making appearances on NXT, with Luke Harper recently wrestling on two separate live shows, including a North America title match with Ricochet.
Tyler Breeze has also made sporadic appearances on the developmental brand, with the rumour being that WWE want wrestlers without story lines to wrestle as much as possible so that they aren’t being paid for no work.
