A pair of absent WWE & AEW stars have been pictured together at a recent sporting event.
With speculation rampant regarding both their future’s in their respective companies, WWE’s Sheamus and AEW’s Miro have been spotted together in a new post uploaded to The Celtic Warrior’s Instagram.
The former four-time world champion posted a picture of himself, his wife and Miro all attending a recent Nashville SC MLS match, with all three wearing matching strips.
Sheamus has been off WWE TV since the August 18, 2023 edition of SmackDown where he faced off with current AEW TNT Champion Adam Copeland (Edge).
As for Miro, The Redeemer has also been off TV, last competing at AEW World’s End on December 30 against Andrade El Idolo.
The exact reason for both their respective absences is not entirely clear, however recent comments from Miro have suggested that he is currently dealing with injury.
Injury was also believed to be the reason for Sheamus’ absence initially, with a shoulder problem being reported specifically.
However, as time has went on the situation has been questioned by many fans, especially as the 46-year-old’s contract with WWE reportedly nears its end.
