The final of the 2024 AEW Continental Classic tournament has been confirmed on tonight’s Worlds End pay-per-view.
The final group stage matches took place on this week’s AEW Dynamite show, which saw Will Ospreay and Ricochet advance in the Gold League, while Kyle Fletcher and Kazuchika Okada advanced in the Blue League.
The semi-final matches took place at tonight’s Worlds End pay-per-view, with the show kicking off with the first semi-final, which saw Will Ospreay defeat Kyle Fletcher to advance to the final later in the night.
In the second match, reigning AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada was victorious over Ricochet in the second semi-final, setting up a final match against Will Ospreay for the Continental Championship later on tonight.
After Okada’s victory, Ospreay spoke on his history with Okada, which you can see below.
The show also saw Mariah May defend the AEW Women’s World Championship against Thunder Rosa in a Tijuana Street Fight.
Following his insanely brutal match against Kyle Fletcher in the semi-final, Will Ospreay is PUMPED for the Continental Classic Finals match against Kazuchika Okada!
