AEW Shows Among Ballots For 2023 Emmy Awards

Two current AEW programs have been listed amongst the ballot nominations for a 2023 Emmy award.

AEW: All Access, the six-part program that first aired in late March, has been listed as one of 45 potential nominees in the category of Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program.

Other high-profile nominees All Access will have to go up against include The Kardashians, Selling Sunset and Welcome to Wrexham.

The final five nominees will be decided by the 20,000 members of the TV academy, with voting closing on June 26 and winners of the vote revealed on July 12.

All Access provided fans a peek behind the curtain and into the personal lives of top stars such as Britt Baker and Adam Cole, and Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo.

The show was touted as a success by AEW President Tony Khan with a second season potentially on the way in the future.

AEW Dynamite, AEW’s flagship weekly wrestling show, is also listed on the ballot for Outstanding Structured Reality Program (so All Access is “unstructured”, and Dynamite is “structured”).

AEW’s breadth of TV content has just seen its latest addition as AEW Collision debuted on Saturday, June 17.

The premiere episode was of course headlined by the returning CM Punk, who opened the show with a controversial promo and later competed in the main event alongside FTR in trios action.

As well as Punk, Collision also saw the return of other absentee stars such as Miro and Andrade El Idolo for the first time since September 2022.
