AEW Music has announced that a special release EP celebrating Sting’s decade-spanning career will be released in February 2024.
Sting’s retirement match takes place at AEW Revolution on March 3, 2024, in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Revealing the upcoming audio release, AEW Music tweeted:
“Mark your calendars.
“Thursday, February 22, 2024, will see the special release of “STING: THE ERAS” EP.
“Thematic music that chronicles the storied career of The Icon Sting.
“~Surfer Era
“~Crow Era
“~Showtime (Joker) Era
“~Icon (AEW) Era- with a special appearance from the one and only Charlie Benante, drummer of ANTHRAX!
“Stay locked in to AEW Music for all of your updates!”
It’s not clear, at the time of writing, whether the EP will be available as a physical release.
On the January 10 episode of AEW Dynamite, Sting’s retirement match opponents were seemingly revealed.
At AEW Revolution, we could be seeing Sting and Darby Allin taking on The Young Bucks.
