AEW star Andrade El Idolo has claimed he has unfinished business with Claudio Castagnoli following his loss in the Continental Classic.
On the December 16 Winter Is Coming edition of AEW Collision, Claudio Castagnoli defeated Andrade El Idolo to earn three points and six points overall in the Continental Classic.
To earn the victory, Castagnoli used a low blow to El Idolo following him landing on the top turnbuckle on his crotch area.
In a post-match interview, Andrade El Idolo stated that he respects Claudio, but they are not done yet by a long shot. He said:
“Claudio I have respect for you, but after tonight we have unfinished business this is another inform me.”
“This is only the beginning. I have one more much more Claudio. I come see you soon.”
Andrade still holds his fate in his own hands when he faces Eddie Kingston in the Blue League of the Continental Classic on the December 23 edition of AEW Collision.
If Andrade wins, he will advance to the Blue League Final on the December 27 episode of Dynamite. However, Andrade can still make the finals on tiebreakers.
Meanwhile, Claudio Castagnoli will face Bryan Danielson in the Blue League on the December 23 episode. If Bryan wins, he will advance to the Blue League Final. If Claudio wins, he can make the finals on tiebreaker victory over Andrade.
