On tonight’s AEW Dynamite, an AEW star called out Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque after recent comments about ‘the grind’.
In an interview segment on tonight’s AEW Dynamite, Will Ospreay directly addressed recent comments by Triple H regarding ‘the grind’.
Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque had said in an appearance on the Pat McAfee show this past Friday April 5:
“When I see people coming out of trying to make it, and then they pick a job where, well, they work less, the schedule is lighter, then I’m like, ‘I’m glad I didn’t get you.’ If you’re not in it for the grind, at that point early in your career, you have no business being here.”
However it seemed that Will Ospreay took exception to the comments, responding on tonight’s Dynamite as if they were related to him specifically.
You can see all of Ospreay’s comments below but he was clearly referencing Levesque, even including a line about ‘grinding on the boss’s daughter’.
Moving on to address his AEW Dynasty opponent Bryan Danielson, he informed Danielson that he would be taking him down at Dynasty.
Elsewhere on tonight’s AEW Dynamite, the Young Bucks made good on their promise to release the backstage footage of the backstage altercation between CM Punk and Jack Perry at AEW All In.
