Powerhouse Hobbs is one of AEW’s rising stars, but he has not featured on AEW television much in recent weeks.
Hobbs last wrestled on Dynamite back in September 2022, and last wrestled on Rampage on January 25.
Hobbs has been making short work of his opponents on AEW Dark and Dark: Elevation, and while he’s making the most of those opportunities, he would love to be featured more on AEW television.
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Hobbs said:
“Any opportunity you get, you have to make some noise, whether its on Dark, Elevation, Dynamite, or Rampage.
“Me, personally, I would love to be featured more on Dynamite and Rampage. Right now, I’m getting opportunities on Elevation, and it’s speaking for itself. The cream rises to the top,”
When asked about who he would want to test himself against, Hobbs said:
“I like to fight. One is Jon Moxley and the other is Eddie Kingston.
“Just a straight out brawl. Pull no punches, no hurricanranas, no dive outs, just fisticuffs.”
Hobbs was a part of the TNT Championship match at Full Gear, which was won by Samoa Joe.
