AEW Star Makes Surprise Return On Dynamite

AEW Star Makes Surprise Return On Dynamite AEW

On tonight’s AEW Dynamite, an AEW star who has been missing from action for the last four months made a surprise return.

With Griff Garrison making his 2023 AEW debut after having recently featuring on Ring of Honor, another familiar face appeared.

Wardlow made his return on tonight’s AEW Dynamite (October 4) after having last been seen on AEW television on June 17 on Collision where he lost the TNT Championship to Luchasaurus.

It was a relatively fast squash match with Wardlow defeating Garrison via ‘referee decision’ as Wardlow didn’t actually pin Garrison, however dropped him with numerous Powerbombs.

Wardlow then made his exit silently through the crowd and was gone as quickly as he reappeared.

Elsewhere on tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite, the show opened with Adam Copeland reuniting with some familiar faces while meeting Kenny Omega on screen for the first time.
