Former two-time WWE Champion AJ Styles’ in-ring return opponent has been revealed for tonight’s episode of SmackDown.
On the December 15 edition of SmackDown, AJ Styles made his return to the company for the first time since September by making the save for Randy Orton and LA Knight from The Bloodline.
After standing tall with the babyfaces, Styles shockingly attacked Knight to close the show.
Now, it seems like fans will not have to wait long to see the former two-time WWE Champion back in the squared circle.
On December 22, WWE announced that AJ Styles will make his in-ring return against The Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa on tonight’s episode of SmackDown.
Sikoa and Jimmy Uso were responsible for the backstage attack on Styles that put him on the shelf for several months.
It remains to be seen why AJ Styles attacked Knight last week, but fans will start to find out the answers on tonight’s Friday Night SmackDown.
After his shocking return last week, @AJStylesOrg will go one-on-one with the man who put him on the sideline, @WWESoloSikoa, TONIGHT on #SmackDown!
