Amanda Huber, wife to the late Jon Huber (Brodie Lee), has lovingly called Pres’10’ Vance her ‘oldest son’, following the AEW star opening up about obstacles he has overcame during his career.
Vance took to Twitter to open up about previous injuries, and being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease as a child, noting:
“Yesterday I did a podcast with @dynamitedownload they asked obstacles faced to get here. When I was 10 I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. I tore my acl in 2017 and my other acl in 2019. I then tore my bicep in 2020. I had every reason to quit. But every time I step out on that stage it reminds me why I didn’t. Thank you AEW fans. #AEW #X #HandPicked”
Amanda Huber retweeted Vance’s post with a message of support, writing:
“So proud of my oldest son. I love you and I can’t wait to see the amazing things you’re gonna do.”

Towards the end of September, the Jon Huber Legacy Foundation was announced, promising to support groups of creative individuals with skills, connections and direct funding to help them pursue their dreams and provide for their families.
Last week, AEW confirmed that they had officially signed Amanda to serve as part of the Community Outreach Team.
