A legendary WWE Hall of Famer has reportedly signed a new legends contract with the company over WrestleMania weekend.
WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker made a surprise appearance in the main event of WrestleMania 40, where he helped fight off The Rock during the Bloodline Rules main event between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns.
Taker has not wrestled since 2020, but has been under a legends contract since his retirement, and it seems as though that will remain the case going forward.
Per PWInsider Elite (via WrestlePurists), the word around the company at this week’s TV was that the Undertaker and the company have come to an agreement on a new legends contract.
The contract was said to be ‘close to being done’ around WrestleMania, and may have even been completed at that time.
A current WWE star also recently signed a new contract, said to be a ‘big money’ multi-year deal, which you can see here.
