Another huge WrestleMania 39 match was just officially confirmed on tonight’s edition of Monday Night Raw (March 20).
With the opening segment of tonight’s show focusing on Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens’ reunion on Friday’s episode of SmackDown.
While the duo came to the ring and confirmed their partnership, they took a moment to gaze at the WrestleMania sign but before long they were met by obvious foes.
Another recently reunited pair, Jimmy and Jey Uso popped up and they had no problem exchanging words.
Including Sami Zayn calling out Jey Uso’s desire to topple Roman Reigns, the verbal jousting was relatively brief but strong K.O. suggested cutting to the chase.
Challenging the Usos to a WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship match at WrestleMania 39, however Jimmy did not appreciate such a suggestion.
While Jimmy declined, Jey on the other hand noted that this “could be their one shot to put this Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens problem in the dirt.”
Challenge issued and challenge accepted as the brawling didn’t wait for WrestleMania 39, instead it kicked off straight away.
With the two teams brawling at ringside, the scene was only broken up by the backstage arrival of the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns at the arena.
