Big Cass Admits Previous Alcoholism And Mental Illness After Jon Moxley Loss

While I can sit here and write about pro-wrestling as much as I like, I don’t think I’ll ever genuinely be able to understand what life as a pro-wrestler is like. The latest proof for this was a promo cut by former WWE star Big Cass after he lost to Jon Moxley at an indie show.

Moxley took apart both Big Cass and Enzo Amore at a Northeast Wrestling show last night (June 16), hitting them both with Dirty Deeds to pick up the win in the main event.

This was however only part of the story. After the match, Big Cass cut a very revealing promo about his life in the aftermath of leaving WWE, and admitted that he was dealing with mental illness and alcoholism in the months after his release.

He also brought up the seizure that he famously suffered at a “House of Hardcore” show in September last year, and that how since then he has got himself into the best shape of his life.

Everyone at WrestleTalk hopes that Cass continues on his journey back to being his best, and look forward to seeing him back at the top very soon.
