There are big changes coming to the upcoming season of NBC’s hit show, ‘Young Rock’ about the life of The Rock.

There will be a major change to the upcoming season of NBC’s series, ‘Young Rock’ which tells the life story of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

Season three of the popular show will be filming in a somewhat unlikely city by Hollywood standards, but a familiar locale to professional wrestling history.

Production and filming are set to take place in Memphis, Tennessee for the upcoming season of the hit show.

Production offices have already been established and working with local crews and extras for the filming, set to take place from September 2022 to January 2023 reported by Commercial Appeal last month.

Season two was planned to be filmed in Los Angeles, California however shooting was moved to Queensland, Australia after continued COVID-19 concerns in the United States persisted due to rising cases.

‘Young Rock’ is a non-linear sitcom where a future version of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is telling a journalist about his life story in the lead up to a Presidential election which sees The Great One vying to become President of the United States of America.

Season three of ‘Young Rock’ will air opposite to WWE SmackDown on Friday nights at 8:30pm on NBC but wrestling fans who are otherwise disposed at time of airing can also catch up on Peacock and Hulu.
