WWE Champion Big E has revealed that the WWE legal department wouldn’t clear ‘Big Meaty Men Slapping Meat’ merchandise.
The phrase has became a meme within the wrestling community since Big E used it while discussing a potential clash with Goldberg.
In an interview with Comicbook, Big E was asked if merchandise for ‘Big Meaty Men Slapping Meat’ was in the works. Explaining that he is currently working on something else, the WWE Champion said:
“We need to. We need to. I tried to, but legal would not clear it. So, we’re working on something else but, sometimes, you just got to push those through those barriers, so we’ll see. I hope so.”
As we all know, WWE is extremely high-brow and only produces sophisticated content. Ignore the related story below.
Big E was officially drafted to Raw in the WWE Draft. As per a new report, Raw and NXT on the USA Network will see an increase in profanity in coming weeks. FOX reportedly has ‘standards and practices‘ prohibiting WWE from going overboard with colorful language on SmackDown, however.
