Bobby Lashley wants to turn heel and feud with AJ Styles

Bobby Lashley returned to the WWE in April, and there will have been many fans who wanted to see the ‘Walking Armageddon’ take on some of the company’s biggest stars.

Unfortunately, due to horrendous booking and awful storylines involving sisters, his return has been largely botched. Speaking on the Big J Show, Lashley revealed that he’s keen on turning heel to feud with none other than WWE Champion AJ Styles, a move that would certainly give fans a lot to talk about.

When asked whether he had faced Styles before, Lashley said:

“No, not while I was in TNA. He was going out while I was coming in and he was involved with these other things. The thing with AJ is…a crazed good guy needs a crazed bad guy. When I flip that switch and you see that bad side of me like I had in TNA, I believe I’m the perfect [bad] person to AJ’s good.”

Lashley’s had two stints in Impact Wrestling, one from 2009-2010 and another from 2014-2018, in which he became an Impact World Heavyweight championship. The RAW superstar has surprisingly not come to blows with ‘The Phenomenal One’ during either one of his stints with the company.
