Brandi Rhodes has reacted to a recent report detailing the 2023 WWE merchandise sales of her husband Cody Rhodes.
In a recent report from Wrestlenomics it was revealed that the estimated top WWE merchandise seller of 2023 thus far is none other than the ‘American Nightmare’ Cody Rhodes.
Cody impressively ranked above Stone Cold Steve Austin in second, Roman Reigns in third, John Cena in fourth and LA Knight in fifth.
Responding to this, Cody’s wife Brandi would take to Twitter, saying that she is constantly ‘inspired’ by her husband’s success in WWE:
Shout out to that conversation in 2013 where this was all a dream.
Inspired by you daily @CodyRhodes
Despite losing in the main event of WrestleMania 39 Night Two to Roman Reigns, Cody has had a very successful year.
As well as winning the 2023 Royal Rumble, Cody came out on top in a feud with Brock Lesnar and recently won the Undisputed Tag Team Championship with Jey Uso at WWE Fastlane 2023.
While Cody and Jey would drop the titles just weeks later, many expect him to continue his success into 2024, potentially with a title rematch with Reigns at WrestleMania 40.
Although Cody has been riding high in WWE, he would recently reveal some scrapped plans for his time in AEW, including a major match with a legendary star.
