As per Heel By Nature, Brodie Lee, real name Jon Huber, was granted ownership of his ring name days before he passed away.
Huber had applied to trademark ‘Brodie Lee’ on November 26, 2019, and was finally granted ownership on December 22, 2020.
He was given the rights for the following:
“Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer”
When he applied for it he was still in WWE working as Luke Harper, so he filed it on his way out of the company.
We continue to send our thoughts and condolences to Huber’s family, friends, and everyone affected by his passing.
