Here’s How Long Bronson Reed Had Agreed To WWE Return WWE

The latest, and possibly final of 2022, WWE return took place on last night’s (December 19) episode of Raw.

Former NXT North American Champion Bronson Reed returned as part of the Ladder match between The Miz and Dexter Lumis.

Reed helped The Miz score the win in the match, before approaching him backstage and demanding his money from him.

Reed had not wrestled a match since October, but his return came as a surprise to many, as he had been teasing a potential Wrestle Kingdom 17 match with Shingo Takagi as late as last week.

Per Fightful Select (subscription required), sources within WWE told Fightful that Reed not wrestling since October ‘was not an accident’.

The source also claimed that Reed continued to remain active on social media, including pitching Wrestle Kingdom matches for himself, as a way to throw people off his trail.

Reed was reportedly considered a ‘priority signing’ for the Triple H regime, with them showing interest in bringing him back since August.
