WWE Star Teases Alliance With Bobby Lashley After SmackDown

WWE NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes has reacted to a segment from this week’s (September 22) edition of SmackDown.

During Friday’s show, Lashley interfered in the Street Profits’ match against Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar.

Angelo Dawkins ultimately hesitated and didn’t capitalise on Lashley’s beatdown of Mysterio, which led to Dawkins and Montez Ford losing the match.

Lashley issued the duo an ultimatum in a backstage segment following the bout.

The All Mighty told Ford and Dawkins that if they can’t pull the trigger, they can sit in catering while he finds someone else who has killer instinct.

Carmelo Hayes has now reacted to this moment, simply tweeting:

“Pull the trigger”

There has been a lot of speculation about the current NXT Champion potentially joining forces with Bobby Lashley, with both Hayes and Trick Williams meeting with Lashley on the July 21 edition of SmackDown.
