Chad Gable Breaks Silence Following WWE Raw Heel Turn

Chad Gable has broken his silence following his heel turn to close out last night’s WWE Raw show in Montreal.

The main event of last night’s Raw show saw Chad Gable challenge Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship after weeks of Gable training Sami to defeat Gunther for the title at WrestleMania 40.

Sami picked up the win in his hometown, before Gable turned heel on him, German Suplexing him on the outside before locking in an Ankle Lock around the ring post.

Taking to Twitter today, Gable has now broken his silence following his betrayal of Zayn.

Sharing pictures of the attack, he simply wrote:

Don’t kid yourselves. You would have done the same thing.

Gable’s heel turn is seemingly leading to the formation of a new heel faction in the company, with one WWE star seemingly pledging allegiance to him following the attack.
