Raw Women’s Championship Open Challenge Set For September 12 WWE Raw

Next week’s episode of WWE Raw is set to see the new Women’s Tag Team Champions Aliyah and Raquel Rodriguez defend their titles against Dakota Kai and IYO SKY of Damage CTRL, in a rematch of the controversial final of the tournament two weeks ago.

However, it seems as though the Women’s Tag Team Championship won’t be the only title defended on Monday, it won’t even be the only Women’s Championship defended on the show.

On this week’s episode of Raw, Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair challenged Bayley to a match for her title, after Bayley scored the pinfall victory over her in the six-woman tag team match at Clash at the Castle last weekend.

With Bayley rejecting the championship opportunity, Bianca is now without an opponent, which she has herself found a solution for, issuing an open challenge for the title on next week’s show.

Also set for next week’s Raw is the grudge match between Edge and Dominik Mysterio following his betrayal in Cardiff last weekend.
