Former WWE and AEW star Chavo Guerrero has responded to IMPACT Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace’s recent comments about Chris Benoit.
Grace recently took to Twitter to note that she doesn’t believe Benoit could hang with most of today’s top stars, ending her post with ‘also may he burn in hell’. Grace replied to fans calling her out, arguing that he should never be defended.
Chavo Guerrero now believes that some may look at Grace differently following her comments, tweeting:
“I think @JordynneGrace just lost a lot of wrestling credibility from some of her comments.”
Guerrero was close friends with Benoit, and has previously opened up about a text he received from Chris Benoit the night the Benoit incident took place.
After Benoit’s death, doctors determined that he had been suffering from CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy) at the time of his death, something many feel had an impact on his actions and subsequent death.
