In the comments of a WWE Instagram video highlighting the top 5 Raw Tag Team Championship wins, the current IWGP Intercontinental Champion, Chris Jericho, took it upon himself to mention someone he felt was missing, Chris Benoit.

“How about Jericho/Benoit defeat HHH/Austin…” – @chrisjerichofozzy on WWE’s Instagram
The post soon exploded with comments as Chris Benoit’s name had been brought up on a WWE post.
The name “Chris Benoit” is to WWE what Voldemort is to Harry Potter. This is due to the ruthless nature of Benoit’s crime and the WWE completely disavowing his name from any title history page and media. Many fans debate on whether or not the company should mention Benoit’s name, but what cannot be debated is that the name will always be synonymous with controversy.
This isn’t the first time in recent weeks that a wrestler has been displeased with a WWE list. Big E also commented on an Instagram post of the top ten factions of all time, where he noted the exclusion of the Nation of Domination.
Jericho will be hosting the Jericho Cruise next month and will likely be wrestling in the event (presumably something with Kenny Omega). It has been speculated that he will be defending his IWGP Intercontinental Championship at Wrestle Kingdom 13 in the Tokyo Dome.
