CM Punk has dropped another big hint that Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson) could debut for AEW at All Out on Sunday.
Renee Paquette had asked Punk for a list of dream matches, and one of those was the Young Bucks. Punk said he’d have to find the perfect tag team partner, but seemed to be trying to be a bit careful about who he chose and how he said it.
Eventually he said Daniel Bryan, and here’s how he managed to explain it:
“I wanna wrestle the Young Bucks. I’ve gotta find the right tag partner for that. I mean, if we’re fantasy booking, it’s err… When does this come out? Saturday? Okay… (Laughs)… I don’t think it’s necessarily giving away spoilers, it’s just me putting my booker hat on. Of all the possibilities, I would do CM Punk and the American Dragon (Bryan) vs the Young Bucks. It’s so obvious that’s what you do.”

The hesitancy and checking what day the podcast was set to be released certainly may have been a sign of things to come.
Punk had previously hinted at Bryan signing in a promo live on Dynamite when he reacted to “Yes! Yes! Yes!” chants from the crowd by telling everyone they’d have to be a little bit more patient.
