CM Punk & Randy Orton Collaborate For New WWE Content WWE

After CM Punk teased that he and Randy Orton were working on “something cool” ahead of WWE WrestleMania, what that is has now been revealed.

Posted to WWE’s YouTube channel is a brand new episode of WWE: Playback, the series where stars sit together and react to old matches.

As you would have guessed the latest edition of Playback features none other than the Best in the World and The Viper, who got together to watch their WrestleMania 27 bout back in 2011.

The match, which Orton won via one of his most memorable career RKOs, is considered by fans to be a bright spot on what is not one of the most well remembered WrestleMania events.

Interestingly, this is the first time the two veterans have shared a WWE screen together since Survivor Series 2023, where both men made their returns to the company – both of which were once considered unlikely for differing reasons.

Randy Orton is set for his first WrestleMania match in two years this weekend, when he and Kevin Owens challenge Logan Paul for the United States Championship in a three-way.

As for Punk, despite being injured he will appear in Philadelphia also, conducting commentary for the World Heavyweight Championship match between Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre.
