CM Punk WWE Appearance Announced For WrestleMania 40 Weekend WWE

A CM Punk WWE appearance has been officially announced for WrestleMania 40 weekend in Philadelphia in April.

Following his return to WWE back at Survivor Series, CM Punk looked set to make his return to the grandest stage of them all at WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia this year.

Punk’s WrestleMania dreams were shattered back at the Royal Rumble, when he suffered a torn triceps injury following a Future Shock DDT from Drew McIntyre in the match.

However, Punk’s name has continued to be on the mind of Drew in the lead up to WrestleMania, leading to many believing that Punk may make an appearance at the event in some capacity.

Today, WWE has announced an appearance for Punk in Philadelphia over WrestleMania weekend, with him appearing at WWE World on Sunday, April 7, the same day as night two of WrestleMania 40.

With Punk being advertised for an appearance in Philly, it’s very likely that he may make his presence felt on the show itself.

Punk is also advertised for the final WWE Raw show before WrestleMania in the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn.
