Cody Rhodes Status For April 8 SmackDown Show Revealed

UPDATE: PWInsider now reports that Cody Rhodes is no longer listed for Friday’s WWE SmackDown.

Cody Rhodes made his WWE return at last week’s WrestleMania 38 show, and cut his return promo on this week’s episode of Raw.

Despite being internally listed as a member of the Raw brand, PWInsider is now reporting that Cody will be present at tomorrow’s SmackDown taping.

It is unknown if Rhodes will be appearing on the show, or if he will simply be working a dark match, which is something WWE has been having Raw stars do on SmackDown, and vice versa, in recent weeks.

Cody outlined his intentions to become WWE Champion during his return promo on Monday, and the WWE Champion is set to be on the show tomorrow night, as he announced.
