TNA Wrestling star Trey Miguel has recalled doing motion capture for Cody Rhodes for the WWE 2K game series.
Cody Rhodes is one of the faces of WWE 2K24, the latest game in the WWE 2K lineup.
While the game features a large roster of past and present day WWE stars, WWE and 2K often bring in independent or non-WWE names to perform motion capture for the moves that end up in the game.
Former TNA X Division Champion Trey Miguel has recalled being the mocap performer for Cody Rhodes’ moveset.
Sharing a video of Rhodes’ top rope cutter, Miguel tweeted:
@CodyRhodes was one of the funnest Superstars I had the honor of doing Mocap for! This move was probably my favorite to do!
Cody Rhodes is the cover star for the general edition of WWE 2K24. Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair share the cover on the deluxe edition.
Rhodes is preparing for two huge matches at WrestleMania 40. He will team with Seth Rollins to face of against Roman Reigns and The Rock, ahead of challenging for Roman Reigns’ WWE Undisputed Universal Championship in the main event.
Cody Rhodes was allowed to break a major rule on WWE Raw, which you can read more about right here.
