Dean Ambrose has been advertised to compete at Hell in a Cell on September 16, teaming with Seth Rollins to battle Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre in doubles action.
This comes from the AT&T Centre website, who leaked three other battles from the card including Kevin Owens vs. Roman Reigns, Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton, and AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe for the WWE Championship.
Should the listing be true, then it puts pay to a mooted ‘Lunatic Fringe’ heel turn at SummerSlam, though one is still thought to be incoming before the turn of the year.
Dean Ambrose returned to Raw this past Monday, following eight months on the shelf with a torn triceps. He will be in Seth Rollins corner at SummerSlam on Sunday evening when the ‘Architect’ battles Dolph Ziggler for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
WrestleTalk would like to hear your views on this advertised bout, whether you’d prefer to see Ambrose turn heel immediately, or if a slow build is the way to go. You can have your say on Twitter or Discord today.
