Details around a former WWE NXT and AEW star’s pro-boxing fight deal have emerged.
Since leaving AEW in August 2022, Bobby Fish has made appearances across several promotions, most notably for IMPACT wrestling.
Fish recently clarified that he is a free agent in terms of pro-wrestling but has signed with boxing promotion Global Titans.
Bobby Fish will be making his pro boxing debut against Boateng Prempeh on the November 13 Floyd Mayweather vs Deji undercard.
In an interview with MCW Backstage Pass during a Maryland Championship Wrestling event, Fish revealed that he has a two-fight deal with Global Titans, so will be fighting a second match after his debut.
Fish said:
“I mean, it’s a two-fight deal. So I’m definitely fighting twice. This one has to be boxing. The next one, I would really like for it to be kickboxing or MMA because that’s what I’ve done. I’ve been doing martial arts since I was a kid and that’s what I love.”
Fish recently challenged Josh Alexander for his IMPACT World Title on the October 13 edition of IMPACT. Fish was defeated by pinfall.
The details of Bobby Fish’s second pro boxing bout have not yet been disclosed, but WrestleTalk will keep you updated as details emerge.
