The semi-final lineup for the 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic is now confirmed following tonight’s episode of WWE NXT on the USA Network.
In the first semi-final to be set, Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel of NXT UK’s Imperium group will take on the team of Pete Dunne and Matt Riddle.
Imperium picked up a win last week over last year’s finalists the Forgotten Sons to advance. Tonight, Riddle & Dunne overcame the Welsh duo of Mark Andrews & Flash Morgan Webster.
In the second semi-final, Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish of Undisputed ERA, who beat Gallus’ Mark Coffey & Wolfgang last week, will take on the Grizzled Young Veterans.
Gibson & Drake, who were the first ever NXT UK Tag Champions, defeated Alex Shelley & Kushida tonight.
