UPDATE: Records show that, in addition to the July 13 arrest, Bagwell was also arrested on July 23 for Misdemeanour charges of Speeding and Driving Under the Influence of Drugs.

Just wanted to clarify to everyone that I am 11 months sober (tomorrow). I see there is news out that I had to spend time in jail for a DUI but this was from the original offense years ago. I did get a recent sanction because I didn’t document a recent trip out of state properly
Marcus Bagwell, better known as former WCW/WWE star Buff Bagwell, was arrested earlier this month in Cobb County, Georgia.
Records show Bagwell having been arrested at 1:30pm on Thursday, July 13.
He was charged with Misdemeanour offenses of Speeding and Driving Under the Influence of Drugs.
Bagwell was released from jail at 1:32pm on Saturday, July 15.
He has been arrested for similar offenses a couple of times over the past few years.
Bagwell worked for WCW for 10 years from 1991 until it was acquired by WWE in 2001.
He then worked for WWE briefly but was fired just a few months later after some issues backstage.
