A huge match has been announced for this week’s episode of NXT TV. The NXT Champion Adam Cole will take on KUSHIDA for the first time since joining NXT.

KUSHIDA was attacked by Undisputed Era last week on NXT. Cole and his cronies confronted KUSHIDA and threw him into a garbage bin. Now, KUSHIDA has the opportunity to even the score.
The two competed in Ring of Honor back in 2016. To date, it is the only time the two have wrestled on television with Cole getting the win on that night. They did have a match for the NXT Championship at an NXT live event last year, however, it was not televised.
