IMPACT Wrestling is set to host it’s Emergence event on Friday, August 12 in Chicago, Illinois, and we now know the IMPACT World Title main event of the show.
IMPACT held the first day of it’s Derby City Rumble tapings in Louisville last night, which saw Alex Shelley defeat Motor City Machine Guns partner Chris Sabin to earn a shot at Josh Alexander’s title at Emergence.
The match between the Motor City Machine Guns members is set to air on the July 21 episode of the show.
Josh Alexander captured the championship back at Rebellion in April, dethroning former champion Moose. He most recently defended the title against Eric Young at Slammiversary.
