Injured WWE NXT star Cora Jade has shared an emotional message ahead of surgery for her torn ACL injury.
After only recently making her return to WWE TV at the NXT Deadline event on December 9, Cora Jade unfortunately faces yet another spell on the sidelines little over a month later.
Jade suffered the injury during a match with NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria at a live event on Friday, January 12.
It was later confirmed by Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio that the 23-year-old star had suffered a torn ACL and faced 8-9 months out.
On January 23, Cora Jade is now set for surgery on her torn ACL injury and took to social media to share a message ahead of the procedure. She wrote:
They say that your darkest hour comes before your dawn. TTYL
WrestleTalk would like to extend our well-wishes to Jade at this time as well as a healthy and full recovery.
