A huge update has emerged on the status of former AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill, following recent speculation about her next move.

As previously reported by Fightful, former AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill is set to leave the company.

Fightful also reported that sources within WWE are of the belief that Cargill’s contract could be structured in a way that she could sign with WWE ‘imminently’.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider now reports that Cargill’s AEW contract is believed to have expired.

The report also stated that WWE sources have confirmed to PWInsider that Cargill is slated to be at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando this coming week.

Cargill last wrestled at this week’s Rampage taping, unsuccessfully challenging for Kris Statlander’s TBS Championship.

While this bout was taped on September 13, it aired on the September 15 show.

WWE NXT commentator Booker T recently praised Cargill while addressing rumors that she’s WWE-bound.
