Keith Lee has opened up about his AEW run, sharing his honest thoughts about his first year with the company.
Following his WWE release in November 2021, Lee made his AEW debut on the February 9, 2022 edition of Dynamite, defeating Isiah Kassidy with an impressive showing.
While Lee went on to hold the AEW Tag Team Championship with Swerve Strickland, many fans viewed the Limitless one’s first year with the promotion as a lackluster stint, believing that he should’ve been more prominently featured on AEW TV.
Speaking on the Grapsody podcast, Lee noted that his experience in AEW so far has been ‘somewhat educational’, stating:
“I would classify it as a bit of an experiment. It’s been interesting and intriguing and somewhat educational for me to experience something that is very different from where I came from, obviously.”
Lee made his return to AEW TV on the February 17 edition of Rampage, showing off what appeared to be naturally white hair.
The popular star recently opened up about his current look, which you can read about right here.
