An AEW star has reacted after a controversial loss at last night’s Worlds End 2025 pay-per-view in Chicago, IL.

In the opening match of the main card for AEW Worlds End, Continental Classic Gold League runner-up Kazuchika Okada took on Blue League winner Konosuke Takeshita.

After months of building animosity between the two Don Callis Family stablemates, the match looked to definitively determine who was the better man – with the Continental Classic’s strict rules of no interference seemingly ruling out any possibility for shenanigans.

However, that ultimately was not the case, as Okada used Don Callis’ patented screwdriver to strike “The Alpha” and pick up the win whilst the referee was distracted.

In a AEW social media exclusive interview after the loss, Takeshita sent a short, and to the point, warning to “The Rainmaker”:

“Okada. Listen. It’s not over.”

Thankfully for Takeshita, Okada was not able to go all the way in the AEW Continental Classic after his win in the Worlds End opener, instead losing his AEW Continental Championship to Jon Moxley, who had defeated Kyle Fletcher in the other semifinal C2 match earlier in the night.
