Long-Injured WWE Star Set For In-Ring Return

Ahead of the April 30 edition of WWE NXT, long-injured WWE star Wendy Choo is set for her in-ring return on tonight’s show.

The April 30 edition of WWE NXT will be the Spring Breakin Night Two special for the brand.

Before the special episode, the brand will tape a new edition of NXT Level Up that will feature a returning star.

Fightful Select (subscription required) provided an update, noting that Wendy Choo is listed internally to return to in-ring action during tonight’s NXT Level Up tapings.

Ahead of tonight’s live WWE NXT, Choo is scheduled to face Wren Sinclair for this Friday’s May 3 edition of NXT Level Up.

Choo has been on the injury reserve list since the May 19, 2023 episode of NXT Level Up and has been recovering since then.

The report notes that Wendy Choo was in attendance along with the entire NXT roster at both nights of the WWE Draft watch parties at the Performance Center this past week.
